NooR Boutique offers a 30-day return policy. From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return by contacting return@noorbtq.com with your order number and return reason. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. For exchanges, the same process applies. If you received a wrong or damaged item, report it within 10 days for a prompt resolution.
