Absolutely! We proudly offer international shipping to our global customer base. However, please be aware that there are exceptions due to customs restrictions in certain countries.

Customs Fees

We’ve got you covered! We handle all customs duties and taxes for our international customers. No need to worry about additional fees when shopping with us.

Multiple Items

If you’ve ordered a variety of items, they might arrive separately. Don’t be alarmed if your package seems incomplete upon arrival. For orders that include both personalized and non-personalized items, we typically ship the non-personalized items first, followed by the personalized pieces once they’re ready.

Custom Jewelry International Orders

For orders containing both custom and non-custom jewelry pieces, we’ll ship everything together once the custom item is crafted. All duties and taxes are prepaid for our international customers, making the process hassle-free. Please note that international orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after processing.

Delayed Delivery

We understand that sometimes, despite the package status indicating “delivered,” you may not have received it. If this occurs, we kindly request that you give it a little more time. Occasionally, the post office updates the delivery status prematurely. In most cases, your package will likely show up in your mailbox within 1-2 days after the “delivered” status is displayed.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us immediately. You can reach out via support@noorbtq.com, our contact form, or the Facebook Chat button. We’ll take immediate action and initiate an investigation with the delivery carrier to locate your package. In the event that your package is genuinely lost or missing during the investigation, we’ll arrange for a re-shipment of the exact items from your original order. Please note that we can only re-ship the same items; modifications or refunds won’t be possible in such cases.

Carrier Issues

If the carrier provides “proof of delivery” or marks the package as “signed for” without you receiving it, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
